The Beaufort Street Nook

We didn’t realise key pick up was a few kms away, which was a little inconvenient, but other than that it was perfect

We had a great stay, facilities and location were ideal for our purpose. Positive: Accommodation was great and well appointed. Very comfortable and good location. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the centre of Perth. I would recommend staying here to others. Negative: Having to pick up and drop off the keys from a different location when you are travelling in a taxi to/from the airport was not ideal. Instructions on how to enter the building were not clear - e.g. 2 fobs and had to us the one that looked like a roller door fob - and tap on the back. After a couple of phones calls still wasn't clear. A young school kid who lived in the building ended up showing us how to use the keys and told us what floor we were on.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. We had a great stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Positive: aircon in each of the rooms Negative: having to return the keys in the centre of the city after a 10am check out only to be called at 10:15am asking why the keys haven't been returned. Nil communication between the receivers of the keys and the admin team who called.
