Positive: When they sent someone to change my bedsheets after my son had a bad nose bleed. Truly appreciate it

- The apartment was very dirty, it had hair on the bathroom floor, tub and sink. The bathtub is cracked and has a serious safety hazard with a high risk of being cut whilst taking a shower. There where no provisions for cleaning( dustpan, broom or mop. Good neighbourhood.

The stay was good however , we stayed for 2 weeks and on our first day we reported a damage , large crack in the shower/bath.We left after 2 weeks and no one came to look or repair it Apart from that all good .
